Family and Friends Visiting

After Brandon's parents left, my sister Jen came to visit. Her wedding was the week McKenna was born so I was unable to go down and be a part of the occasion, but when she said she was going to come up the week after, I was SO excited. We all had a wonderful time, it was so much fun to talk and catch up. She got to play with Caleb, he calls her his Aunt Jemmi and just loved every minute with her.


Caleb's smiles lately are just hilarious.



We all went to the farmers market in Beaverton and got fresh produce to go with dinner. The farmers markets around here are one of my favorite things about Oregon.


We celebrated Jen's birthday while she was here. Caleb was more into the cupcake than getting his picture taken.


Caleb wanted to blow out the candles, more than sing to her.


The next week Sienna & Lindsay came to stay. It's amazing how a friendship like ours is still so strong after 20 plus years. We may all live in different states and see each other a couple times a year, but it always seems like we saw each other yesterday when we are together. We went shopping, out to lunch, walking, took Caleb to the park, ran errands and helped with the kids. I was definitely sad when they left.

Caleb is finally starting to acknowledge McKenna, we got him to hold her hand.


I just love this guy, he seems so big now that McKenna is here. He copies everything you say and how you say it. His newest words, Einstein from Little Einsteins and Octopus since he loves anything from the sea.


McKenna is One Month old.
