My grandpa (the kids' great-grandpa) came to visit during the beginning of May. It was so nice to spend time with him and for him to see the kids. He normally isn't hands on with little ones, but he held McKenna for quite a while and played with her. It just made me so happy to see him with her. Grandpa did spend time with Caleb, but Caleb had his own agenda of things to do and didn't pause for a picture.
Grandpa also took us adults out to dinner for Mother's Day. It was nice to have a nice dinner with him, Lillian, Brandon and my parents.

Happy Mother's Day to me. I made a cupcake cake as my dessert on Mother's Day.
